So I have been tracking your work for a few months now and am ready to move forward. But basically, I plan on taking a sampling of 20 companies with 99 ranking and buying. Then if/when they move down, replacing them with another one of the 99. Is this basically the strategy?
That is basically it indeed. You might need rank 98 also (and maybe rank 97) as he rank 99 has a lot with low liquidity. That is what the model portfolio does too. Then you keep them and sell when they drop below a lower rank (90 for the portfolio model).
Thanks. My biggest problem now is actually being able to buy the stocks. I'm with Schwab so nothing is available, and it looks like I will need to set up a Global account. Are you buying your stocks directly through Interactive Brokers?

Yes. I use Interactive Brokers. I can buy +95% of the stocks on my list.
