This website is operated by Cosbro bv (Wilderstraat 5, 1570 Pajottegem, Belgium; enterprise number 0682.822.986; contact@thealphaengineer.com), the data controller for the personal data described here.

What we store. To give you access to members' content, this website stores only your email address and your subscription status. We use your email solely to authenticate you (via secure sign-in links) and to determine which content you may access. We do not store passwords, payment details, or financial information on this website.

Where it comes from. Your subscription is purchased and managed on Substack. We periodically import the list of active subscribers (email and status) from Substack to keep access in sync. Substack's own handling of your data is governed by Substack's Privacy Policy (https://substack.com/privacy).

Hosting and processors. Your data is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany) on Supabase, the site is served via Vercel, and sign-in emails are delivered via Resend. These providers process data on our behalf as processors.

How long. We keep your email and status for as long as you are a subscriber. If your subscription ends, your access is revoked; you may request deletion of your data at any time.

Your rights. Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority. To exercise any of these, email contact@thealphaengineer.com.

No tracking. This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Sign-in uses only the cookies strictly necessary to keep you logged in.
